Information is then used by decision makers to define and support business strategies, in order to make the best decisions aimed at obtaining competitive advantages, improve operative performance and profitability and, in general, create added value for the enterprise.

In this context, the Business Intelligence Group has been carrying out its research activity since 1997, mainly aiming at developing a structured methodology for design.
